Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Summit Landscaping (“we,” “us”) collects through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, the services you’re interested in, your preferred contact method, your message, and whether you consented to calls and texts.

Automatically, we record the page you submitted the form from, your browser’s user-agent string, and, if you arrived from an ad or tracked link, the campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source or gclid). These are stored in a first-party cookie named summit_utm for up to 90 days. We also use your IP address briefly to limit spam submissions. We don’t store it with your request.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and provide service, and understand which of our marketing is working. We send your request to our internal lead management tools to route it to the right person.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Summit Landscaping may contact you by phone call and text message at the number you provided about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling you.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records as long as needed to provide service and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.

Service providers

We store form submissions with a database provider and use automation tools to route them internally. These providers process data on our behalf and aren’t permitted to use it for other purposes.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above.
